Tweet Iconic Filipino actor-comedian Dolphy (born Rodolfo Vera Quizon) passed away Tuesday evening (July 10, 2012) at the Makati Medical Center due to multiple organ failure. He died a few days before he celebrates his 84th birthday on July 25. The news was also confirmed by actress Zsa Zsa Padilla, Dolphy’s common-law-wife of 20 years.
