Thanks to Filipino top designer Rajo Laurel as Binibining Pilipinas-Universe Shamcey Supsup looks so regal wearing the altered version of a casual kimona dress with a matching tiara at the pre-tapes of the National Costume Parade for the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant that was held at the Credicard Hall in Brazil on September 7, 2011.
But let me ask…
What happened to the winning design worn by Elizabeth Clenci at the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 pageant?
Hmmm, could anyone from the Binibini Queens will ever wear it in a pageant?
