Eating dinner buffet at the ‘HEAT’ restaurant in EDSA Shangri-la Hotel is just totally splendid!
The choices are endless and they have several interactive cooking stations that will satisfy any discriminating palette. One can literally ‘eat around the world’ as the resto offers a wide variety of choices from several cuisines. The buffet stations offer Mediterranean, Japanese, Indian, Italian, French and Filipino dishes. In fact, seeing the food cooked on the spot is truly a feast to the eyes already!
Having desserts at this resto is also an awesome experience. My oh my, they have mouth watering panna cotta, yummy leche flan and delightful cakes at the dessert buffet stations ready anytime to be eaten. The chocolate fountains also made me feel like a child again.
